These Terms govern your use of the Tree Down Media Marketing Machine (the “Service”), provided by Tree Down Media (“we,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

The Service is provided to Tree Down Media staff and authorized clients to plan, create, and publish social media content. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and only for accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Access is scoped to the brands you are assigned; do not attempt to access brands or data you are not authorized to manage.

Connected social accounts

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, you authorize us to publish content you approve and to retrieve performance information on your behalf, consistent with our Privacy Policy and the terms of the relevant platform. You may disconnect an account at any time.

Content

You retain ownership of the content you provide or that we create for you under our engagement. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any media you upload and that published content complies with the policies of the platforms it is posted to.

AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to help draft content and recommendations. AI output may contain errors and should be reviewed and approved before publishing. You are responsible for content you choose to publish.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content, to violate any platform’s policies, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tree Down Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts of third-party platforms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data via our Data Deletion page.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
